Pori9 is an adults-only platform. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform under any circumstances. Date of birth is required at registration and is verified again during KYC.

If an account is opened with a false age and this is later proven, the account will be permanently closed and all associated transactions will be voided. pori9 never compromises on the protection of minors.

Once a bet is confirmed on pori9, it generally cannot be cancelled. Always review the odds and market carefully before placing a bet. If the cash-out feature is available, you may use it to settle your bet early.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If the odds shift at the moment your bet is being placed, pori9 may either accept the bet at the new odds or cancel it entirely — this is handled automatically by the system with no manual intervention.

• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed and a bet is placed at those odds, pori9 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake will be refunded — this applies in all cases.
• In the event of any dispute over a match result, the decision of the relevant international sports governing body will be considered final.
• Accounts found exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to place fraudulent bets will be closed.

Pori9 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If an account is registered using a false identity or age.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provide the required information.
• If evidence of prohibited activity is found.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In that case, any legitimate balance in the account will be available for withdrawal — provided KYC has been completed.

If pori9 closes an account due to a terms violation, any bonus balance may be forfeited. However, whether any legitimate cash balance is returned is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Pori9 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new effective date, and registered users will be notified via email or push notification.

For significant changes, at least 7 days' advance notice will be given. Continued use of pori9 after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
